Millo brings Odisha's ancient grains to the modern table through a high-performance e-commerce website seamlessly connected with Shopify.

Millo is a mission-driven brand taking farm-grown millets from Odisha to global shelves. We built a robust e-commerce platform that integrates the power of Shopify with a custom-designed frontend, prioritizing transparency, healthy nutrition, and conversion optimization. The project involved deep integration between the headless Shopify engine and a React-based frontend, allowing us to maintain absolute control over the user experience while leveraging Shopify's secure checkout.

Our strategy focused on 'clean label' storytelling, where every product page acts as an educational module for the health-conscious consumer. We implemented advanced filtering and bundling logic that encourages users to discover the diverse range of millet-based snacks, from Namkeen to Sattu. By optimizing the mobile-first funnels and reducing checkout friction, we helped Millo achieve significant growth in month-over-month sales, proving that ancient grains can indeed thrive in a modern digital marketplace.
